Today, let me speak to where I feel God is leading us as a church. One of the hardest things to do, which must happen before God can take us forward, is to do as Paul instructed the church in Philippians 3:13.
“Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do; forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead.”
A diamond is held under the earth under great pressure and heat for many years. But when that diamond is taken out and polished and shaped it is so beautiful that no one thinks about what it came through.
I believe we are at a place where we need to look upon the beauty of the Holy Spirit that is within us, the fullness of joy that is in the Presence of God, the gifts that are in us by the Holy Spirit. God is giving each of us people who need to encounter His love, His presence, and His purpose for their life. It is time for us to actively speak about how God can save and change their lives.
I want to encourage you today, to begin calling out the gifts that are in you, to speak victory over oppression, to speak healing to sickness, and to allow the gifts of the Spirit to operate out of YOU.
